Scheduling Policy

We appreciate your business! Upon booking, please note your appointment time is guaranteed. The following policies apply:

  • Services may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the booked appointment time.
  • Services may be exchanged for a service of equal or lesser cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the booked appointment time.
  • Services may be transferred to another client if the request is made at least 24 hours before the booked appointment time.
  • No-shows and clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the payment for the session. Payments made due to no-show or late cancellation are ineligible for insurance billing and compensation.
  • All booked and completed services, prepaid packages, or gift cards are non-refundable.

Packages Policy

Our packages are designed to support your health and wellbeing consistently over time. They are not meant to be a “one and done” experience, but rather a way for us to build an ongoing relationship that keeps you feeling connected, supported, and healthier.

  • Package Length & Usage: Packages are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used by then will expire. If that happens, I’m happy to provide a $50 credit toward future services.
  • Pricing: The price you pay is locked in at the time of purchase. Please note that future packages may reflect cost increases due to rising expenses and cost of living adjustments.
