Cranial Sacral Massage, also called Craniosacral Therapy, is a gentle, hands-on technique that involves light touches to the skull, face, spine, and pelvis "fascia" or connective tissue. This technique works to release restrictions in the cranial sacral system that may be hindering your bodyâs self-regulation, self-correction, and self-healing processes. The goal is to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which can help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Sessions are typically one hour and are suitable for all ages.
Cranial Sacral Massage can help clients with migraines, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, cancer treatment side effects, PTSD, concussions, sinus issues, ear infections, neurological conditions, migraines, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, infant colic, ADHD, immune issues, sleep issues, and more.
