My sessions braid together customized hands-on bodywork, energy healing modalities, and intuitive guidance to help you release pain, calm the nervous system, and restore your natural balance. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, post-surgery swelling, or emotional overwhelm, we’ll meet it together: body, mind, and spirit.

Roxy truly knows what she is doing. My shoulder and back pain are no match for Roxy. In the handful of sessions I have spent with Roxy, I walk out forgetting my shoulder and back were bothersome. Roxy cares for her patients and it shows! Through small-talk during our few sessions, Roxy and I discussed some auto-immune issues I have, and we have recently started implementing lymphatic drainage into our session. I have never felt so revitalized after a treatment. Roxy brings so much knowledge, warmth and care into each session. My body thanks you Roxy!

I came to see Roxy for lymphatic drainage to help speed up my post-op recovery. She has been incredible, and her lymphatic drainage massage provides instant relief. I’ve always been hesitant to see a professional masseuse but Roxy made me feel welcomed and comfortable from day one.
